Yoruba Proverbs..

I love African proverbs and I always feel disappointed if I cant use them in just about every sentence I utter. Here's one of my fave Yoruba ones; 'nigba ara l'a bu'ra, enikan e'e bu sango l'erun'. Literal translation? 'There's a time for everything therefore no matter how hard he's invoked, the god of thunder never answers anyone during the dry season'. Lets hear yours people!
